Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?  We sell the cookies to you for a wholesale price and your group members and parents resell them and keep the profit.

How much can my group make?  $0.40 to $0.90 per cookie.  Please see the “Profit Chart” on the bottom of the Services page.  The Profit Chart is also included in the Information Pack that you can download on the Services page.

Who do we sell to?  Schools, associations and religious organizations.  We want to sell to legitimate organizations to insure that club/group members are supervised for their safety.

Were do we deliver?  California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington usually delivered via UPS.

How do I order?  Download the Information Pack on the Services page.  Also, download the Customer Set Up packet appropriate for your type of group.  The Customer Set Up is a form you can save to your computer and then type in the information before printing out for faxing.  If you have any questions please call (see bottom of page for contact info).

Do we take returns?  Because the cookies are a food item we do not take returns.  We suggest doing a fresh order for each week you sell so your product is fresh.  Please see the “Group Sale Instructions” for a successful sale.  Instructions are in our Information Pack that you can download on the Services page.

How long will it take to get my order?       We would like the order submitted approximately one week before we need to ship it.  Shipping takes 1-3 business days (don’t count weekend days) to arrive. 

How do I pay?  You may pay by credit card (the form is in the Customer Set Up packet).  If you are a school you may give Uncle Jer's Cookies a school purchase order and receive 30 days to pay.  More details are in the Customer Set Up packet on the Services page.
